Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The Editorial Board of the “Journal of AI-Powered Medical Innovations" places significant emphasis on ethical considerations in the publication process. We firmly believe that all parties involved in the publishing process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publishing house, share a collective responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards.

Our Editorial Board adheres to the publication ethics outlined in the COPE's Core Practices document. We approach all stages of publication with utmost seriousness and acknowledge our accountability in this regard.

Responsibilities of the Editor and the Editorial Board

Publication Decisions: The editor bases decisions on the publication of submitted papers solely on the journal's policy and the scientific merit, as well as the assessments provided by reviewers. The editor strictly observes prevailing rules regarding copyright infringement and plagiarism. When making determinations, the editor has the prerogative to seek advice from reviewers or members of the editorial team.

Privacy: Neither the editor nor the editorial team is authorized to disclose any information related to the submitted manuscript (including author(s), content, etc.) to any party except the corresponding author, potential reviewers, and the publisher, as circumstances dictate.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interests: Unpublished materials presented in the manuscript are strictly off-limits for use by the editor, reviewer, or any other party without the express written consent of the author. The editor and any member of the editorial board must refrain from evaluating papers in cases where conflicts of interest arise from shared, competitive, or other affiliations with any of the authors involved in the manuscripts.

Responsibilities of the Reviewers

Contributions to Editorial Decisions: Expert evaluations are indispensable in informing editorial decisions and, if necessary, enhancing the considered publication.

Privacy: All manuscripts and supplementary materials submitted for review are treated as confidential documents. They should not be disclosed or discussed with third parties without the explicit consent of the editor.

Objectivity Standards: Reviews must maintain objectivity. Personal criticism of the author is strictly prohibited. The editor (or deputy editor) and reviewers are expected to express their opinions with well-founded arguments.

Disclosure of Information and Conflict of Interests: Privileged information and insights gained during the assessment process must remain confidential, precluding their use for personal or third-party gain. Reviewers must abstain from evaluating manuscripts in cases where conflicts of interest arise from shared, competitive, or other affiliations with any of the authors.

Responsibilities of the Authors

Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript adheres to the following criteria:

- Its content is entirely original.

- It is devoid of plagiarism.

- It has not been previously published in any language.

- It appropriately cites sources for quotations, tables, figures, and other authors' work.

Authors should refrain from submitting multiple or parallel publications describing the same research to more than one journal. Such actions contravene the principles of scientific ethics.

Manuscript Authorship: All individuals who contributed to the conception, execution, or interpretation of the published studies should be credited as co-authors. The main author bears the responsibility for the final version of the paper and securing the consent of co-authors for publication.

Disclaimer: The editor and editorial board do not endorse the opinions expressed by the author or the content of published manuscripts. Authors bear exclusive responsibility for the originality of content, manuscript proofreading, and rectification of errors. All manuscripts undergo internal and external (blind) review to ensure authenticity, ethical standards, and practicability of publication. The decisions of the reviewers are the ultimate determinant for publication in the journal.
